Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats & dogs are welcome! Max 2 pets per unit. Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $500 for first pet, $300 for second pet. No one-time pet fee or weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. Other small pets (hamsters, birds, turtles, fish) allowed; tropical fish limited to a 20‑gallon tank. Pet rent and deposit apply only to cats and dogs.
